About the Firm
Our firm was founded in 2012 by Attorney Nily Kally, after years of providing legal counseling to local authorities, local planning and building committees, and commercial companies, including Blue Square Ltd, where she served as the legal advisor for real estate affairs, and Gazit Globe Israel Ltd, where she served as Deputy CEO and Legal Counsel.
After years of experiencing outsourced legal services, Nily decided to open her own boutique firm specializing in providing diverse legal advice to clients in various real estate, commercial, and private projects, of all kinds and in all areas, from the initiation and planning stages, negotiation for land acquisition, bank financing, planning and execution agreements, to the final marketing (sale/lease) stages.
Additionally, the firm provides supplementary support for the main real estate activities, including corporate support, litigation, wills etc.
