Nily graduated with an LL.B. in Law from Tel Aviv University in 1989 and was admitted to the Bar in 1991.
Nily has a rich professional background - legal and business - in all areas of real estate, experience accumulated through her various roles, including her work as an external legal advisor to local authorities (Herzliya, Hod Hasharon, as part of her work at Harari Toister Law Firm), her work as an in-house legal advisor, and in management roles in various companies (Blue Square Israel, Gazit Globe Israel, A.Dori).
Nily established a unique firm where the team, under her leadership, provides personal, in-depth, and excellent care in the firm's areas of expertise. The firm's work is characterized not only by providing superb professional responses to the firm's clients but also by a broad and creative business vision stemming from an understanding of the clients' fields of activity, beyond the legal aspect. The firm also ensures full and multidisciplinary service to its clients, making legal work an integral part of the client's core activities. From this perspective, the firm's clients include many entities/clients starting out in real estate, or for whom real estate is not necessarily their primary field of expertise.
