Attorney Rafi Bojmel

Rafi holds a Cum Laude bachelor's degree in Law from the Academic Track – College of Management, as well as a Cum Laude bachelor's and master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Rafi interned and worked as an attorney in the Real Estate Department of Yigal Arnon & Co.
And acquired a rich knowledge and experience in real estate law and commercial law, including commercial and residential real estate sale agreements in urban and rural sectors (including agreements with the Israel Land Authority), acquisition, leasing, income-generating properties, contractor agreements, financing and construction project support agreements, urban renewal agreements, planning and building law, betterment levies, and more. Rafi also specializes in the regulation and registration of properties, land consolidation and division, and registration of shared properties.

Rafi specializes in the regulation, capitalization, and sale agreements of partial estates and auxiliary farms.
In addition, Rafi specializes in the regulation and management of family assets (including estates and auxiliary farms), family tax consulting, drafting prenuptial agreements, gift agreements, and wills. Rafi also specializes in drafting enduring powers of attorney.

Rafi is also involved in the establishment and dissolution of corporations (companies, partnerships, and associations) and in real estate receiverships.
Rafi has previous extensive experience in project management in the real estate sector and in the education sector, in the public/municipal and private sectors.
